From more than 200 entries to Bride's Magazine only 24 were chosen as America's Most Beautiful Cake. Colette Peters was one of the winners with her stunning Art Deco inspired white on white wedding cake.

Britney Spears with Scott Beattie, Chairman and CEO of Elizabeth Arden, and young dancers to celebrate the success of Britney Spears’ three fragrances — Curious, Fantasy and In Control. The party and dance contest, judged by Britney, took place on May 8th in New York City. Marina Micalizzi, 12 years-old, won the dance contest judged by Britney Spears. Colette and her staff created the cakes for the event and the hungry dancers.

It's a cake competition with a mystery twist. Just hours before the competition the theme was announced: sports cakes! With just a few hours to plan and 7 hours to build a world class cake Colette Peters walks away with the grand prize for this Fishing Cake.

Colette created this cake for Whoopi Goldberg displaying all of her great entertainment accomplishments in gingerbread figures. The cake was presented on her TV show The View.

Colette was hired to create the white house in cake to present at the presidential inauguration in 2005.

Dreamy winter scenes sculpted in sugar for sweet holiday dreams. Collette, for the second time, performs her confectionary magic in the windows of this 5th Avenue sparkler.

By special invitation from the White House, Colette confectionately decorated three fireplace mantles for the 1998 Christmas season.

Colette succumbed to the siren song of sculpted buttercream while working at Tiffany & Co. as a designer. She was invited to decorate the windows for the Christmas holiday season of 1997 and complied with an 18th century gingerbread fantasy.

Colette created the eight-tier cake for the wedding of Prince Pavlov of Greece and Marie Chantal Miller at Hampton Court in London. AND the Queen of England was in attendance.
